I LOVE The English Rose. My niece (who lives in Cleveland, TN) introduced me to this wonderful place. I make sure the English Rose is my first stop. I enjoy the gift shop too.

See ya in July - I'm coming back.

I took my 8 year old granddaughter Leighanna Kay to lunch at your tea house and we had a traditional "tea". Was her first time and she loved it!
We both had a wonderful time!
And we plan many more visits in the future!

My family and I spent a few days in Chattanooga this summer. It was wonderful. We took in the sites (river cruise and aquarium). But the most relaxing and peaceful was the tea room. Delious teas and good food. We will be visiting again. :)

The English Rose is very quaint and lovely. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is wonderful. My husband and I love to drop in for lunch or just to have tea and a scone.

Each year, I bring my work Team here to celebrate Christmas. We have a leisurely lunch, a few pots of tea and exchange gifts. The English Christmas Crackers top off the event. Tis will be our 4th year, it has become a tradition. We love our time spent at the English rose.

I can't take tea at the English Rose as often as I would like :!cry: However when I am in the area I certainly try my best! I love the atmosphere, the food and of course ...the Tea! I buy several items out of the store each time I am there. A gift for my MOM, a gift for a friend and stationery for me is the normal. The thoughts of The English Rose are very soothing to me. It is always my pleasure to be able to go to the English Rose. ;)

This is the best place I have ever eaten, hands down. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was fantastic and not to mention the quaintness of the place itself. I had the soup of the day (tomato) and the finger sandwiches, as well as the crumpets. I felt like my taste buds had died and gone to heaven! My fiance' is from England, and when he comes to visit, I'm bringing him here. I'm sure he won't be able to tell he's left home!

My daughter and I spent a lovely afternoon at the English Rose Tea Room in Chattanooga on February 27, 2015. She had the six assorted finger sandwiches for lunch while I had the Ploughman's Lunch. We choose the English Breakfast for our tea. Everything was delicious, and the room and china were lovely. We will definitely be back in the future. :D
